Repeat Prescription

Please use the following form to submit a request for a repeat prescription. This allows our registered clients to order repeats of medications or food for pets that are currently under our care. These items can then be collected from your chosen branch.

Drugs and food orders will normally take 24 hours to process. However if they are ordered after 5.00pm on Friday they will not be available until 12.00 the following Monday.
