After various Customer Service roles, I was overjoyed to be offered the position of receptionist in January 2005 as I have always loved animals. After three and a half years learning the company’s requirements I was promoted to the role of Head Receptionist. I have acquired an SVQ level 2 in Retail and also Understanding Client Care Certificate, my goal within my role is to ensure that our clients are happy with our service and leave with the feeling of a friendly happy environment for which they want to bring their pets back to us.
My family consists of my husband, 2 children and my two cats called Scarlet who thinks she is the queen cat and Gilbert who thinks he is a dog. It is a pleasure to work within Dunedin Vets and will hopefully continue to do so for many years to come.
